We are Noodle Exchange Materials.

A proud company that rose from heritage and tradition.
The company started decades ago in Japan as a food service industry. Some time later, it moved to the west, delivering Japanese cuisine to America.

The rebranding.

With restaurants bankrupting and being bought all around the town by the government. Noodle Exchange wasn't an exception. Soon We had to close our doors for good, but we weren't ready to throw in the towel just yet.
We adapted. We rebranded. We innovated.
And so Noodle Exchange Materials was born.

Nick Ghazi

Owner/CEO

A businessman who isn't afraid to get his hands dirty. Nick will make sure that the job gets finished, no matter the cost. He is the owner of Noodle Exchange Materials for a reason.

Levi Storm

Product Specialist / Procurement Director

Levi was a homeless man before he got employed at Noodle Exchange Materials. Now he is... still homeless, but at least he has a fine paying job! Levi will do everything in his power to do his job efficiently and productively.

Martiņš Krūmiņš

Vice president of supply chain

Nobody knows where this man come from, but one day he just drove into the town in his trusty red tractor and that was where his story started. Martiņš is a man of focus and will always go the extra mile for everything. Even though he may not show it, but he always thinks two steps forward.

Sheng Lee

Sourcing manager / Director of transportation

The original owner of Noodle Exchange, before he sold the company to Nick Ghazi. Sheng Lee isn't the type to back down when things take a turn for the worst. Even though he stepped down from the role of CEO, Sheng Lee still helps Noodle Exchange Materials behind the scenes.
